Fundamental formula:
90-(Distance*2)+/-(Wind Force*2)=Angle(+Downwind Force/-Upwind Force)
For example, Distance is 7,Upwind Force is 1.9,so the Angle should be:
90-7*2-1.9*2=73(decimal negligible), and Force is still 60.
